Dissident Views on NATO Bombing

Irvine -- Subversity, a KUCI public affairs radio program in Orange County, Calif., continues its focus on the NATO Bombing of Yugoslavia, with an interview this evening with bombing critic Prof. Michel Chossudovsky, about what is going on in Yugoslavia. The show airs from 5-6 p.m. Pacific time on KUCI, 88.9 FM in Orange County, and is Web-cast live at kuci.org:8080.

Chossudovsky is the author of Globalisation of Poverty (Zed Press, 1997), about IMF and the World Bank's role in various economies; and a prolific writer. For example, he wrote "The Business of Crimes and the Crimes of Business," about the criminalization of economics, in CovertAction Quarterly, Fall, 1996. A professor in the economics dept. of University of Ottawa, Chossudovsky addresses the dark history of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the mainstream media's stranglehold on the "truth."

We will also discuss Kosovo with one or more anti-war activists organizing against the bombing.
