Web censorship?

Irvine -- Subversity, a KUCI, 88.9 FM public affairs radio program, this evening takes a look at the controversy over a Web site created by students at Claremont McKenna College. The administration is upset over the creation of www.claremontmckenna.com, and want the students to take down the site.

The show airs this evening from 5-6 p.m. on KUCI, 88.9 in Orange County and is Web-cast live at kuci.org:8080.

Subversity host Daniel C. Tsang interviews Dave Enrich, one of the site creators. Is this censorship or trademark violation?

Meanwhile, the topic of the show last week, the mob attack on the video store owner in Little Saigon, continues to be the topic of the news, with the publication this past Sunday of show host Dan Tsang's opinion piece in the LA Times. His "Little Saigon Slowly Kicking the Redbaiting Habit" is now stirring up discussion within Little Saigon, with at least one local paper quoting his op ed piece.
