Attorney discusses implications of
Amendment 2 Supreme Court Decision
Irvine -- Civil rights attorney Jennifer Pizer will discuss the
implications of the May 20 U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down
Amendment 2, Colorado's ban on gay rights protection statutes on this
evening's edition of "Subversity," a KUCI radio public affairs program. The
live show airs from 5-6 p.m. today, May 28, 1996, on KUCI, 88.9 FM
in Orange County.
Pizer is managing attorney at the Lambda Legal Defense and
Education Fund's Western Regional Office in Los Angeles. The gay
civil rights group provided a co-counsel in the case.
